Overview
At Toronto Dahlias, we take great care to inspect all dahlia tubers before shipping. If your tubers arrive damaged, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for damage reported after this window.
Refunds
Because we cannot control the conditions in which the tubers are grown once they leave our care, we do not offer refunds or replacements for tubers that fail to grow.
Different Variety
We make every effort to ensure tubers are true to variety. If you believe you’ve received a different variety than what you ordered, please let us know. We will do our best to provide the correct variety the following season or offer an alternative from our available stock.
